Terms and conditions of sale
Les Etincelles collection is the management company of the Levanna hotel.
These general terms and conditions of sale govern your contractual relationship with Les Etincelles Collection through its company Whitegold Hospitality, whose head office is located at 300 routes des Fabriques, 73250 Saint Pierre d’Albigny, France and registered in the Chambéry trade register under number 881 439 549.
General terms and conditions of sale
Bookings are confirmed by payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay. In the case of payment by bank transfer, only the net amount will be taken into account as collection value.
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay (except in the case of Early Booking or any special offer where the balance of the stay is to be paid upon booking). Any other special offer may be subject to special conditions, which will be clearly notified at the time of booking.
Package rates (breakfast, half-board, other services) are made up of inseparable elements and are non-refundable in the event of non-use. Meals not taken will neither be deducted nor refunded.
Invoices for extras and local expenses must be paid on-site and guaranteed in advance by credit card.
Payment of a deposit automatically commits the customer to accept the general sales and cancellation terms & conditions without modification. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer.
A. Flexible pricing
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
If cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the booking will be charged.
Deposit: 30% of the total amount excluding extras is due at the time of booking. The balance of the stay is required 30 days before the arrival date.
B. Non-cancellable and non-refundable rates (said “NANR” rates) Early Booking and special offers
Non cancellable, non exchangeable, non refundable booking.
Deposit: 100% of the total amount excluding extras is due upon booking.
1. Insurance
Within 48 hours of booking, customers can take out Safebooking cancellation insurance, which covers their stay in the event of Covid19 contraction, by following this link: https://www.assurances-sejours.com/index.php
2. Modifications
Any modification of stay, shortening or change of room will be subject to cancellation terms and conditions. In all cases, the booking team must be notified of any changes or cancellations by post or e-mail.
In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, customers are reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code.
The Conditions of Sale for the rate booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking.
3. Credit notes
For the use of CREDIT NOTES linked to the postponement of stays following the March 2020 restrictions, the standard cancellation conditions linked to the initial offer apply. Any refunds following cancellation, can only be paid at the end of the legal period provided for in the ordinance (October 2021).
4. Specific cases of cancellation
Free cancellations up to 1 day prior to your stay are possible only in the following cases (does not apply to bookings benefiting from credit notes, credit notes being subject to the application of the order of March 24, 2020 by law n°2020-290 of March 23, 2020):
- Closure of borders in customer’s country of origin or closure of borders in France (For health reasons by government decision)
- Closure of the resort (for health reasons by government decision)
- Strict ban on circulation (general confinement of populations) by government decision.
Individual customer illness prior to departure is not taken into account for special cases.
Cancellation conditions are specified in the rate details accessible from the booking funnel. These will also be included in your order confirmation email.
5. Rates
Public rates for hotels and residences can be consulted at any time on the etincelles.com website. Our prices include VAT, but exclude tourism tax, which must be paid on site.
6. Conditions of stay
All rooms booked are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Travel insurance: As the hotel cannot be held responsible for events of any kind that may lead to cancellation or modification of stays, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. The hotel also undertakes to provide you with any documents proving your financial commitment to the initial stay for any useful purpose.
